The hotel is just 1 km from the historic center of Baş Çarşı, right on the tram line, making it great for tourists. We stayed with our child, and even though we forgot to ask, Ms Leyla had already prepared a parking space for us. The towels, sheets and blankets in the room were very clean. Ms Leyla took great care of us – thank you. The room’s ventilation and hot water worked fine, the rooms were new and very clean as shown in the photos, and the room sizes were comfortable. I definitely recommend it and will choose it again next time.

“It was a very pleasant experience”

The property is very well maintained and in a good location, but there is no lift and the stairs are very narrow.

Leila was polite and friendly. The bed looked nice from the outside, but I didn’t actually get to relax on it. Sorry. The price was too high.

“Would stay again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!”

This place was fantastic! It’s in the center, close to the Sebilj fountain on Bascarsija street, and you can walk to a ton of cafés, restaurants and shops. The room had good amenities and a comfy bed. Lejla was incredibly helpful with suggestions and is by far the best host we’ve met on our travels!

“Tekrar gelirim.”

The hotel is right next to Başcarşı. Getting around is super easy. The room was spotless and the furniture was great. The beds were comfortable. There’s no breakfast, but in the mornings we could grab Bosnian böreği in the square. Self‑check‑in is available, and Leyla Hanım was very helpful over the phone and by message on everything. She asked what we needed and gave us great tips. I recommend it to everyone.
