Everything was fine, they even prepared a bento cake for us because it was a celebration! Breakfast was good and the views were beautiful, but the jacuzzi remote didn’t work and the staff had to turn it on manually.

The place is amazing—beautiful and thoughtfully designed in every detail! The view makes you slow down and forget everything! Administrator Edita answered every request, tried to help, and even made awesome videos for us. We’ll definitely come back for a few more days.

“Отличный вариант для отдыха с любимым человеком!”

It was my first time at Lost in Clouds and I was thrilled! The room was very comfortable with all amenities and the food was tasty, but the real highlight was the incredible mountain view and the real airplane on the grounds. I also want to thank all the staff for the warm welcome and excellent service, especially administrator Maria who was always in touch and helped with everything.

The property looks exactly as it does in the pictures and even better! The view, the rooms, the facilities—all help you literally get lost in clouds! Special thanks to administrator Edita, who was very polite, helpful, and made the stay even more relaxing and pleasant. Highly recommended!
