I was drawn by the ashram vibe, so if you crave serenity this spot works, plus there’s plenty of parking for cars. Still, the location is awful; we arrived at 9 pm on foot and had to wade through a foot of water on the road, with no proper lighting. At night the ashram turns dark, so when I left my room at 10 pm I felt uneasy. The water supply cut out while I was bathing, forcing me to go down and ask the hotel boy for help.
