The room was good, but construction and no pool access made the stay less enjoyable.

The room felt incredibly luxurious with spectacular design, every detail thoughtfully considered, yet the hotel itself was beautiful and luxurious but the overall experience fell short. The pool was under construction, causing constant noise and leaving little to do on site. We weren’t told about the closure beforehand, and if we had known we would have chosen another place. The location disappointed with poor infrastructure, dirty streets, and unpaved roads, although there were some nice cafés within walking distance. The compensation offered for the pool closure seemed inadequate.

What a stunning property – probably one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever visited, with a gorgeous room and everything you could need; a truly five‑star experience.
