“was nit able to stay”
We couldn’t even find the place; calling for directions yielded no answer, but luckily another hotel had a vacancy.

Everyone in my family loved it—no complaints at all.
“Great stay! Clean place!”
We had a great stay: the room was clean, the A/C worked well, and the shower was excellent. The staff were very friendly. The host asked if we wanted two twins or a double bed since we were a couple, we chose a double, but then he gave us a twin room—hilarious, not a big deal!

I couldn't recommend this place. The room was big enough, but that was the only good thing. We were bumped up to a deluxe room because the standard one we booked was unavailable. The cleanliness was unacceptable; the room hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The cup they gave us had mold, the fridge was off but when I opened it I found a live cockroach with a damp smell, and the water heater was broken. Dust piled up on every surface.

The staff were friendly and happy, and tricycles/tuk-tuks were ready to go, plus the port was within walking distance. Still, my family and I didn't enjoy our stay. The hotel looked clean at first, but the beds needed more thorough cleaning; we felt itchy all night and couldn't sleep comfortably. We were shocked to find a large cockroach behind the headboard. After checking in, a power outage left the room hot and uncomfortable, so we spent most of our time outside, even driving to the mall, which is a 20‑minute tricycle ride away. The location was less convenient than we expected, a bit far from downtown, though the port was a 10‑minute walk. Soundproofing was poor—we could hear water running and toilets flushing in neighboring rooms. There was also a big hole in the bathroom window curtain. The hotel only accepts cash, which is annoying given its city location; card payments would make things easier for guests. Overall, the stay fell short of our expectations, and I hope management fixes the cleanliness, maintenance, noise insulation, and payment options for future guests.
