I liked the convenient location and the pretty hotel; the room was spacious and good. The pool was closed because it was off‑season.

The location is convenient and on a nice side of the town, within the old town. The receptionists were friendly but spoke very little English, but this wasn’t a problem. The view from the room was beautiful. The room really was not clean. The bathroom smelled terrible (drain / sewage smell) and we had to keep the bathroom door closed for the whole time we stayed there, otherwise the whole room smelled. I would not have stayed another night because of this. The whole place is very dated and in need of some work

The spot was great and the terrace lovely, though the pool stayed empty since it wasn’t summer. The rooms felt a little worn, and if your room faced the street you’ll hear dogs barking at night.

The central spot was very quiet, the rooms were big, and the terrace by the pool was generous. Contrary to the description on Booking, there was no breakfast, but that’s not a big deal because you can grab a good one nearby.

The place was well‑located, the veranda offered valley and mountain views, the traditional design was interesting, and the furniture was quality. A receptionist who spoke Russian was friendly. The heating unit didn’t work, so it was cold, but the staff gave us a heater that helped a bit. Another employee walked past the veranda, we greeted her, she looked at us, then silently turned away and kept walking. The parking was a hassle: we parked next to the hotel, a private house asked us to move, so we moved next to the wall. I tried to extend my stay for one more day in the morning, but they said the hotel wouldn’t be open because there was no staff for a shift, so I had to pack up and leave quickly.
