The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, and the location was nice. The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke when the ventilation was on, apparently because another guest smoked secretly and the smoke drifted to me. The hotel can't really do anything about that, and there was no natural light.

Two front‑desk staff members I spoke with spoke clear English, and the night‑shift guy was fantastic at arranging a last‑minute early‑morning van for me; they were friendly and professional, and the rooms had a unique charm that I appreciated.
