“Horrible”
The studio was run down, in disrepair, damp, mouldy and uninhabitable, which was very disappointing. It wasn’t very clean at all; the toilet was leaking, the bathroom was falling apart, the curtain rail was rusty, and the tiles were mouldy. In the bedroom area, there was dirt, damp and mould everywhere, the curtains were hanging off the hooks and the curtain rails were hanging off the walls. There was no heating, but they did provide 2 oil radiators, which was not ideal for a toddler wanting to play! The kitchen facilities were unusable, dirty and disgusting. To top it off, you could hear rats/mice scratching above the ceiling of the beds. Awful place to stay, which is a shame given its potential.
