The place is simple, clean, fragrant, with many aesthetic spots, a good room view, a pantry on the upper floor, plenty of parking, a short walk to Jtp2, close to the Trans Jatim stop, cheap motorbike rentals, very friendly staff, and economical prices. The only suggestion is to add a dental kit.

I was thrilled to find the hotel super close to Jatim Park 2, Batu Night Spectacular, and Alun Alun, but the room felt humid because there was no exhaust fan in the toilet.

The location was very close to Jatim Park 2, and the staff were friendly. The room was clean enough, with towels and a bathroom mat provided. The view from floor 3 was good, and the TV channels were fairly complete. The equipment (TV, A/C) looked almost new, and there was a stove. The space was quite roomy. However, the A/C frequently malfunctioned, didn't work, and wasn't cool. The toilet water kept flowing, so I had to shut off the tap each time. The Wi‑Fi password was not given at check‑in and I had to ask for it. The kitchen appliances were minimal, and there was no shower soap (only a small hand soap).
