Holiday Inn Cincinnati-Eastgate by IHG

“Excellent!”

We had a pleasant stay: the room was a good size, the beds, linens, and pillows were comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly—Dove products in the bathroom were a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was available for an extra fee, but we were in a hurry that morning and skipped it. The hotel has a restaurant with a bar and a nice pool, and the overall cleanliness was exceptional. The location is great, with many shops and restaurants nearby, so the price was worth it for a nice stay.

The room was pretty and comfy, but you have to pay an extra $15 per person for breakfast, even though it’s listed as free.

“Okay for an overnight stay but not a week”

The lobby was nice and the King bed was comfortable, plus there was a Keurig in the room; however, the pull‑out couch was terrible to sleep on, even for teens, all the ice makers on every floor were broken, the breakfast buffet wasn’t worth the price, there was no coffee or tea in the lobby, and housekeeping started knocking on doors at 9:30 am even though checkout was at 11 am.

“Pricing was high”

The breakfast area was wonderful, and the food was satisfying except for the pancakes, which were pretty tough. I had to ask for a different room because the first room's air conditioner was quite loud.
