The staff were friendly, yet nobody was at the front desk when we arrived because the person was busy elsewhere. After a long wait, someone finally came and assigned us room 25, which is close to a storage area that opens onto the outside and only separated by a curtain that stayed open. The room was not ready, and the front‑desk staff did what they could to address the issue. At night, the parking lot was pitch black. In the room, the bed was made and the shower was relatively clean if you ignore the yellowed seams. Overall, the room was unworthy of a hotel: the toilet bowl was dirty, the floor had hair and spider webs, the towel warmer was half‑detached from the wall, and the furniture was dusty. It was cold in the room because of a sudden autumn chill, and we couldn't turn on the reversible air‑conditioning because it was tripped. When we came for breakfast at 9 am, there were no plates left for us and very few options because there was no restocking despite a large clientele. I rarely leave negative comments, but I hope this was an exceptional situation for a place like this.

Breakfast was perfect, the staff were attentive and helpful; for example, they spontaneously lent us an umbrella and served us a brunch to make up for the private‑restaurant situation.

The hallway smelled bad, with too much air freshener—quite disgusting. The room itself was fine.
