It is a Scam from both the Hotel & Booking. The Hotel was closed 2 years ago and now is a center for Refugees. I wrote to Booking the same day when I arrived to the "Hotel" and was informed that I was scammed, and nobody has answered me until now (3 days letter). I was with my wife and another couple that was also scammed, so we had to sleep in my car at the Parking, with the risk that it implies. The service from Booking is a total disaster and they don´t care about their customers. I won´t use this platform ever again. Axcel. It is a Scam from both the Hotel & Booking. I didn’t like it at all; the building is abandoned and isn’t a hotel—it’s being used as an immigrant shelter. We arrived during the day, so we could go to a nearby town and book another hotel; if it had been at night, who knows what would have happened.

I had no positive moments; the hotel was closed. This place should not be listed on any booking site. It was CLOSED. We drove about 11km off the motorway, only to discover the hotel was shut down and repurposed, even though they had confirmed our arrival time. The staff directed us to another hotel in the next village owned by the same landlord—another 10 km away. We had already paid for this hotel, so I am requesting a refund. Not happy! I reached out to the property for help, but to my surprise, there was no response.
