“Dirty Pools, No Communication, Endless Noise”
The staff communication was awful—never told us about breakfast times or any other schedule. The leisure area was filthy, and the pools looked abandoned. They were trimming trees from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. all day long, so it was noisy and annoying. Overall, a very disappointing stay.
“Good Atmosphere, Outdated Comforts”
The place has a great vibe, but the facilities feel a bit old‑school. The sheets and towels are worn and need a refresh, and the air conditioning could be better. The housekeeping was spot‑on, and the breakfast was decent but not great. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout.
