Sunrise Hotel

The price does not match the room and quality; it’s expensive but lacks proper service. The room is old, dirty, and dusty on the beds and windowsill. The bathroom sink is broken, and there are hair, a stick, and other messes. For that amount, you could have better conditions. The reception is disrespectful, only taking money and explaining nothing. If your hotel has no normal service, you should state that online instead of deceiving people, because many don’t know what to expect and you’re just taking money.

The place is clean, and that’s all. There is zero soundproofing; “fun events” – for two days, different people disturbed sleep and moved them into the neighboring room. I asked if the room would be free, but Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all.

“Nach einer halben Nacht im Raucherzimmer ausgezogen.”

It’s a pure smoking hotel despite “No smoking” signs at every corner. The map location was wrong, requiring extra walking.
