Facilities, cleanliness, close to the centre. The only issue was that I only received one large towel for a week; I booked from Sunday to Friday, then extended my stay to Sunday and called to change the towels for the new booking, which I received free of charge. I would have liked two large and two small from the start. Also, how do guests know where to take the trash out? You should inform us.

Good location and nice rooms, but the room was really cold and I couldn’t reach customer service at all.

The flat was tidy and fresh, and the location near the city was great, yet the chill was the worst part and made me feel a bit ill; I couldn’t call any number and no one answered, and for the high price, breakfast should have been included.
