“A wonderful little paradise!”

The hotel, staff, and location are great. We were especially impressed by the outstanding customer service: we told the staff we had an early flight, and they arranged a to‑go breakfast prepared by the chef and even secured a cheaper taxi fare than Grab. The hotel’s proximity to local restaurants, markets, and attractions is a big plus, and we’d definitely return to this affordable spot if we visit Hanoi again. No negatives.

Grossartige Lage mitten im Kuchen. Super freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück. Wir waren eine Familie mit 3 Kindern. Der Flughafen Pickup und die über das Hotel gebuchte Tour haben super geklappt. Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung

“Fantastic stay!”

The staff were amazing and proactively helped me change cash right when I arrived; the breakfast was very extensive, the rooms were clean, and there was always someone at the counter to support me. Overall, they gave me a safe and pleasant start to my first few days in Vietnam. The only issue is that if you stay on the first floor it can be a bit noisy because of the street, but honking is Hanoi and that wasn’t a big problem for me.
