I was pleased with everything: the breakfast was great and the staff happily accommodated extra requests like low-fat yogurt, tea water, and extra milk. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the room or shower, as the plumbing repair could only be done on the day of departure.

We were very satisfied and would book another stay at Hoffmanns Holsteinisches Haus anytime.

The exterior cleaning and maintenance are lacking, it feels a bit old and the interior is not kept up, and there’s a large hole from the removed fireplace in the dining room.
