We had a great overall experience. The location was superb, the staff were extremely kind, warm, and helpful, and we ended up with the perfect room that could accommodate four people and was large and beautiful—even though we’re a couple on our honeymoon. The first room we got was too small and uncomfortable for a month’s luggage, so when we requested an upgrade and availability existed, they moved us to the big room, which was ideal. Overall, a fantastic stay.

The staff were very friendly and the location is quiet, close to the city centre. The room was spacious and the underground garage is convenient. I would have liked more vegetables on the breakfast buffet, such as cucumbers and peppers. The noise was an issue; the TV from the neighbour’s room could be heard through the wall, and smoking on the balcony let smoke drift into my room. There’s no bike storage; bikes are kept in the underground garage, which only opens at night. A small fridge in the room would have been nice, and the Wi‑Fi was slow.

The place is well‑located, the breakfast is good, the staff are pleasant, and the rooms are clean. The only drawback is the ongoing construction next door.

Everything was excellent during our stay, and we would love to return! The staff were welcoming and service‑oriented, the room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the location was perfect for us. I highly recommend it. The only downside was that the restaurant was too cramped between tables during breakfast, making it a bit uncomfortable to sit there. Otherwise, it’s a warm recommendation.
