The ATV bikes were good, breakfast was okay, but I think every room at this price should have a small fridge; even though we paid for a basic room it was about 50 $ Australian and it felt very empty.

The food was good but it took forever, there was no Wi‑Fi and the customer service was poor; guests have to pay extra for the “piso net” even though fast Wi‑Fi was advertised online, the pictures look much better than the actual place, one room had no TV despite the ad saying all rooms include one, and we were charged 30 % just to change rooms instead of being accommodated; this was our first time visiting Lake Sebu and we definitely do not recommend this place to stay.

The meals were decent, but the pool looked green and the air conditioning was filthy, making us feel ill. We had no bottled water for bed or toilet use, and the linens were dirty; the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest. The power kept tripping with no backup generator, the room didn’t match the listing, Wi‑Fi was awful, and there was no set‑top box. Overall, maintenance and housekeeping left a lot to be desired.

The pool was nice, the restaurant was fairly good, and the room was clean.

The hotel was quiet, clean, well‑located, and the pool was pleasant. However, there were no lounge chairs around the pool and they should offer a few cocktails.
