“Awesome stay at Blue Pillars”

I had an amazing time at Blue Pillars! The staff were helpful and super nice, I really enjoyed the room and its balcony, and the breakfast was delicious!

Everything was beautiful, especially the monkeys that roam the gardens, a quiet setting, excellent air‑conditioning, superb cleanliness, and the hosts were friendly and wonderful. Everything was excellent and I highly recommend it; the lake is close to the hotel, and the host helped us with our luggage and dropped it off when we left. I found nothing that I didn’t like.

The two rooms I booked—a double and a twin—were very comfortable in a modest Kandy hotel. The spot is close to the city center, just a 20‑minute downhill walk to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and Kandy Lake, where you’ll find plenty of eateries and shops. Breakfast on the roof terrace was excellent, with lovely views; the décor was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful, pointing out the best times to visit the sights. Everything was great.

“Outstanding”

I was thrilled with my time at the Blue Pillars; from the instant I stepped in, the hospitality was top‑level. My room was a delight—spotlessly clean, stylish, and supremely cozy, with a balcony that offered a breathtaking view. Breakfast on the top floor featured spectacular vistas over Kandy and was deliciously good. The real star was the staff: friendly, courteous, and always ready to help, making me feel like I’d discovered a hidden gem away from Kandy’s bustle. ❤️
