The location and the view were exceptional. Spotlessly clean and the breakfasts were delicious delivered to our terrace with a view was a highlight. However, the stars of this hotel were the staff. At the front Desk Irini, Philp who delivered breakfast with the most gorgeous smile, and the porters who save your life carrying our bags up and down all those steps straight to your car. Mina our cleaner was a doll who kept those incredible linens beautiful and cosy. The shower was slippery once water was in it. The renovation is beautiful but the layout with the toilet exposed was odd

The hospitality was amazing. It was hard to get to the accommodation because the tourists were aggressive.

“La mejor vista de un amanecer en Santorini, personal grosero”

The balcony view at sunrise is the best spot in Oia and at the hotel. The staff member who delivered our last breakfast and helped with the luggage didn’t bring the breakfast we ordered, and when he returned with the correct order he threw the plates and said something rude in Greek. The next day when he came to collect the luggage he didn’t like that I didn’t help him with half of the baggage, rolled the suitcases twice down the stairs, and handled them so badly that he damaged the wheels of a 600‑euro Delsey suitcase.

The room was very clean, the staff service was excellent, and I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was very luxurious, the location was great, and it was a luxurious moment.
