We checked in without any trouble, the hotel is just a stone’s throw from the train station and a few minutes’ walk from the port, close to a variety of restaurants and shops, and the room was very clean.

The room was nice, clean, and spacious. Breakfast at the nearby café was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Once you know how to get to your room, the code system works well, so you don’t have to carry a key or card for long. When we arrived, we had no idea how the whole process worked. We had to make two different phone calls. We were not told that you need to ring outside, then use a code for the entrance door to the hotel rooms, and that the code for the entrance door to the hotel room is actually convenient for entering the room. It might help if this was communicated via Booking, where you normally receive all the messages. I delete WhatsApp messages from Guatemala and Chile immediately, so I don’t know if I should have been informed about this handling.

“Recomendable!”

I liked the facilities; the room was beautiful. Check‑in was very accessible, with codes for entry, and breakfast could be enjoyed at the café next door. Everything was great.

The room was beautiful, very clean, and in a central location. The breakfast was terrible, the coffee was stale, and the bar area was dirty.
