The B&B is very cute and functional. Being in the center of Orbetello makes it a great starting point to explore and enjoy all the local shops. The only issue was a slow‑draining shower.

The city‑center location is ideal. Our top‑floor room had a terrace with a great view, was spacious, and included a basic kitchen—excellent value. The basic sweet breakfast was a nice touch. The mattress was comfortable, and check‑in/check‑out were very flexible. However, it isn’t a luxury apartment; the renovation was clearly budget‑conscious, and I’d prefer a different plumber next time.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, but the shared bathroom was not clearly indicated; if that was the case, it’s my fault.

Everything was great: the town, the location, the owner’s kindness, the clean and comfy room, the pet‑friendly attitude that my dog loved, and the good breakfast. No complaints.
