The location was okay. The room lacked a mirror and a mug. Towels were small, thin, and not absorbent. The water filter had no hot or cold water. The iron board was seasonal. The room and toilet smelled. The TV remote didn’t work.

The place is easy to find and close to the mosque, which is nice. 1) Don’t come here again!! 2) Dirty toilet. 3) Smelly toilet. 4) Toilet bowl hasn’t been cleaned in 10 years, crusty! 5) Water heater broken. 6) Staff attitude is terrible. 7) The mattress is broken—sleeping on it hurts your back! 8) TV exists but the remote is broken. 9) Staff constantly complain loudly, no manners, especially when guests come from far away—why no courtesy? 10) FLOOR IS DIRTY, EVEN FOR PRAYER ON THE MATTRESS!! HOW CLEAN IS THIS HOTEL? 11) When we entered the room, the floor was filthy, the front floor was so dirty it made me scream! 12) CLEANING is not even close to normal, it’s disgusting for people who want to stay with decent service. I hope the hotel will close soon.

“Hotel celaka”

The first and last thing was a nightmare; the hotel was terrible, I booked a single‑bed room and a double‑bed room, paid the full amount, and when I arrived the bill was suddenly changed and the room was swapped for something that didn’t match the price; the staff’s answers were vague, we traveled a long way with my wife, and I wish someone had read the reviews before booking.

One step up the stairs and the tread had a hole patched with cloth, the room reeked as soon as I entered, the bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed, and the water looked yellow‑orange; the photos that claimed the place was clean were clearly misleading.
