“Départ décevant”
The hotel’s location was good, the staff were impeccable, very attentive and caring towards guests, and I hope the director will keep such a team. However, we were told we could leave for the airport at 13:30, but at 12:00 we had settled for lunch at the hotel restaurant while other travelers were heading to the airport at 12:30. Our flight departed at 15:30, while theirs left at 14:10. A taxi arrived at 12:00, and at 12:30 the director, with a friendly smile, invited us to join the taxi for departure, so we had to hurry. We expressed our dissatisfaction. We paid €60 for a round‑trip transport, and it felt clear that the director was simply trying to bundle guests into the same transport to save money. The director defended herself by saying that on Sundays there isn’t much transport, but that’s false; there was transport for 13:30, as we learned from a reliable source. You claim the guests are naïve, but that’s not fair; you really disappointed us, and it’s regrettable to end the stay on a note of deception and attempts to cheat the client.
