The property is within walking distance of Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, and the Uffizi Gallery, and is only 11 km from the airport.

The spot is right in the city centre and check‑out is at 12 o’clock. The instructions for getting in were confusing, the bathroom wasn’t clean – the shower had a bit of mould and the toilet was dirty. The tap on the sink leaned over and wobbled, and one curtain in the main room was torn and hanging off the pole. Overall the room looked better in the photos than it actually is; it’s an old building with shutters that make the space quite dark, but that’s not the owners’ fault. On the first of our two nights the road below was resurfacing from 10 pm to 4 am, and the noise made it impossible to sleep. I paid over 200 euros for two nights, so it wasn’t a great stay.

The place is well‑located and easy to enter, and they were quick to accommodate my late‑night flight. The air‑conditioner remote stopped working, but everything else was fine.
