The room was spacious, but the vestibule leading into the hotel was dirty and poorly arranged, with a strong cigarette smell.

It was right across from Brussels Midi train station, which was super convenient; we stayed only one night and caught the Eurostar the next day to Paris. The area felt a bit rougher than around Brussels Central station, but there were no complaints about the hotel itself.

Across the street is the South Station, making transport very convenient; walking to the main square takes about 20 minutes on flat roads with no pressure. Inside South Station you’ll find fast‑food, a supermarket, and everyday shopping is easy. The hotel lobby has a self‑service shop at moderate prices. The rooms are large and very spacious, the front desk service is spot on, and the breakfast room lets you buy coffee separately in the morning.
