“Decepçionante”

The location and private parking were convenient. During the stay, several issues affected comfort, safety, and quality. The minibar in the room seemed very old, likely taken from another space, showing heavy wear and a partially dismantled structure. The TV advertised in the listing was missing, contradicting the description. A burnt-out bulb left the room poorly lit. The property lacked preventive maintenance, needing paint and electrical work, indicating a need for a technical assessment. The entrance gate was extremely heavy and stayed open only by a chain. Guests had to open and close it themselves, and because it wasn’t properly locked, the place was vulnerable to third‑party intrusion, increasing theft risk and compromising security.

“Para quem esta de passagem e precisa de uma lugar de apoio rápido, a pousada fica bem localizado.”

The service is great, the lodge is well located behind the shopping centre and easy to reach. The space is large and was perfect for my pets; I could let them play safely. There was no hot water for showers, and the cleaning was a bit lacking.

The spot is perfectly positioned right behind Shopping Salgueiro, giving easy access to the lodge, but the shower lacked hot water and breakfast wasn’t provided.

“Satisfatoria”

The staff were friendly, yet breakfast wasn’t part of the package and I had to pay extra for it, otherwise everything ran smoothly.
