“Great location and restaurant”

The spot, the restaurant breakfast, and the helpful staff were great; walking the Camino, the hotel sat close to the cathedral, the pilgrims office, and the metro, and we really enjoyed a tasty breakfast downstairs. Nothing major, just a bit pricey, but the location makes up for it.

“The restaurants staff were very good. some of this check-in staff were better than others.”

The location was fine, but the elevator smelled, our room had an odor, and the carpets felt dirty.

Breakfast was a mixed bag: the continental buffet and pastries were solid, but the hot section fell flat—eggs, bacon, and sausages were all cold and undercooked, making it unappetizing. The juices were overly diluted, tasting like flavored water, and overall the breakfast didn’t meet the standards I’d expect from this hotel. The main gripe was the breakfast experience.

“Excellent location and good service”

The location was excellent and I found the staff professional. Key card access to my room was denied every morning before check-out time. This also happened to others I was traveling with
