Steve was a friendly host, the bathroom was spotless, and there was a very clean smell as you walked up the stairs; nothing really stood out as negative, and the price is reasonable for what you get.

The location is very close to the center of Donegal, and you can have a self‑serve breakfast with tea, coffee, and other items offered by the host, plus early check‑in is possible; however, the cleaning was lacking with stains on the bedspread and dirty pillowcases, the Wi‑Fi did not work, the host was not present to resolve issues, and we couldn't even find them at checkout.
