The hotel owner sits in this mess and is rude, with chaos everywhere. They take prepayment, and it’s scary to enter the room. I can’t imagine what’s going on in the owner’s house. It would be better if they cleaned up this mess, not just for the view.

Nothing. We were not checked in according to our booking and were just hung up on the third call.

The plus is that reception works 24 hours, so you can arrive at night. Breakfast wasn’t mentioned, though I left at 08:00 and the kitchen probably wasn’t open yet. The lack of hot water, the bathroom and shower were in terrible condition, the sink drain didn’t work properly, and a spider was found in the sink—though the spider was friendly.

The hotel by the lake is nice but very neglected; it feels like it hasn’t been cared for for at least ten years.

I found the rooms torn, the blanket burned in the barrel, no hair dryer, no remote for the air‑conditioner, a mesh on the window, and the bathroom was dirty. The cleanliness, hair dryer, linens, and blanket were all lacking.
