The hotel faces the sea. The room was spacious with everything needed. The bathroom was a good size, and the breakfast was amazing. We didn’t receive all the information clearly from the night‑watchman who greeted us.

The staff were super friendly, including the chef who was always in good spirits in the evenings. The room cleaning was extraordinary; even shirts and pants were folded together, shoes were tidied—something we hadn’t seen before. Towels were only changed when placed on the floor, so it was also eco‑friendly. All personnel were courteous and diligent without exception. Breakfast could be enjoyed on the terrace on good weather days, which was very pleasant. Dinner or HP was also available, but we didn’t use it. The reception was open 24 hours. A coffee before early departure before breakfast time was no problem. The porter organized taxis; it’s best to order them the night before departure. Our room had a side sea view, was large and spacious. The bathroom had a BD as well. Those who prefer a direct sea view should choose the first or third floor, because on the second floor the pine’s canopy blocks the view. The beach is 20 m away. Walking along the promenade to Cervia Canal takes about 10 minutes, and the same for Papeete Beach. The center of Milano M. is also 10 minutes away. Overall, a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

The location, hospitality, friendliness, services, and excellent breakfast were all great. I booked a sea‑view room thinking it would be front‑on, but it turned out to be a very good but side sea view. My room had four beds; for the two of us it was a good size, but it felt quite tight in all four.

We stayed at Hotel Lady Mary and everything was absolutely fantastic—from the atmosphere and comfort to the overall service, making it a wonderful place to relax. The biggest plus for us was that the hotel is pet friendly, which we really appreciated. The only drawback was the parking situation: clearer and more accurate information about on‑site versus off‑site/behind the hotel parking would have been very helpful, as the price difference between them is significant and accurate details beforehand are essential.
