The room and bathroom were very clean. A kitchen was available for cooking your own meals. Breakfast was provided, and you could request extras like fruit, which were delivered in the morning.

I found the room in an emergency situation, but it was hard to locate. It was spacious and suitable for long stays.

The location was good. We waited two hours for the key. Upon arrival we found one loaf of toast, two opened jars of jam (one moldy), milk and coffee. The table, window and shower were very dirty. The previous guest’s dishes were left washed. The towels were dirty. The Wi‑Fi showed Google Maps location information in Chinese characters.

Walking distance to the harbour and a high‑spec interior. Everything we needed, clean linen and a comfy bed. The communal kitchen and the personal kitchen were both good. Shower gel, shampoo, cooking supplies, toilet paper and towels were supplied. The TV signal was a bit rubbish, though we had access to Netflix and Prime. It wasn’t clean: hairs in drawers, cupboard doors, worktops, toilet, cooker top were dirty. The shower was either freezing cold or boiling hot. Breakfast items such as bread, eggs, milk and juice were already partially used and the washing up was left at the sink. I received an email at 1 pm asking us to let them know when we were 20 miles away because of lack of signal; I called at 4 pm when we were 20 minutes away. My guess is they were just not ready for us, even though check‑in was from 3 pm.
