“Rilassante e confortevole”

The location is great for reaching Porto Rosso beach, the room—like the rest of the property—was clean, tidy, and well organized. On sunny days the terrace lets you enjoy a superb seaside breakfast, and the hot tub added extra comfort to the stay.

For fans of shabby chic and good taste, the décor is gorgeous and the staff are extremely friendly. The rooftop is a sensation—you can linger there, eat your snack, and soak up the view. The pool is shallow, so it’s not ideal in midsummer. The beach is just 2 minutes away, the beds are very good but a bit high. It’s very city‑close and perfect for day trips, and I’d also recommend a stone beach walk with views of dreamy coves. Everything else was actually great.

“Décevant”

The location near the city center and the varied breakfast were positives, but the reception was lacking. They forgot to inform us of the check‑in procedures, and when we finally arrived they told us how to get the key, yet the key wasn’t in the box. A man who wasn’t a staff member came to help us with the access cards, and we lost an hour to all those delays. We regret that the owners or managers offered no apology. We had booked this place to use the pool and spa, but the water was too cold and there was no way to heat it, which was deplorable. Additionally, there were small damp insects in the bathroom.

The staff were very helpful, the location was great, and the rooms were beautifully arranged. The pool was only 40 cm deep and unusable.

“Very easy to make the facilities better”

The bedroom was large and very clean, but parking access was an issue, the water in the terrace jacuzzi was cold, and the spa bath’s water pressure was too low.
