The host was extremely kind, pleasant and available, and the large park was great. The terraces lack a bit of privacy because they’re very close together and give a view‑to‑view with the neighbours.

“Déçu”

What we liked about the place was that the bed was comfortable. I was very disappointed with the experience; it didn’t meet our expectations, especially because of an unpleasant staff member. We were also accused of putting sugar in the house, which supposedly caused an ant invasion, even though that wasn’t the case—a very unpleasant accusation. The reception was also a bit off when we arrived, the staff was super unpleasant, they asked us to whisper and not talk because people were sleeping at noon. It was not welcoming at all; I do not recommend this place.

We received a very warm welcome from Philippe and Françoise. It’s a refreshing spot, but it’s just a stop on our route; it deserved a few more nights.

“Gîte agréable avec très grand jardin exceptionnel”

The owner was available and friendly, doing everything to make us comfortable. The garden is beautiful and fully equipped for a pleasant stay, with a jacuzzi; the interior is decent and practical, nothing more. The kitchen is properly equipped, the bathroom is pleasant, and the beds are comfortable. The place is really isolated, the interior is functional but not very welcoming, and the sofa isn’t very comfortable. The jacuzzi can’t be used after 10 pm.

The location is quiet, and the building blends modern and old elements nicely.
