“Tudo conforme”
Everything was perfect, but the bed and bathroom were lacking.

The accommodation was very good, clean, and in a great spot. The Wi‑Fi could use improvement; I found the signal weak and very spotty. A chair at the desk for computer work would make the stay even better.

Even though I paid and the reservation was confirmed, I was not allowed entry into the apartment, showing a lack of respect for the customer.

The curtain didn’t block the view completely, and the owner hadn’t cleared my check‑in even though it was already 17:30; I’d sent a message the day before and called in the morning of arrival, but she didn’t answer. I had to wait for someone to contact her, then she asked me to call again, and only then did they let me in. The front‑desk staff seemed reluctant when they saw it was a private apartment that hadn’t yet been approved by the owner. It’s disappointing, as it feels like a recurring issue—I've tried reaching out beforehand after seeing comments that this happens often.
