posizione ottima, giardino e spazi esterni gradevoli. struttura trascurata da rimodernare un pochino e soprattutto da effettuare una pulizia straordinaria. Le ringhiere delle scale molto sporche e impolverate. Nella sala colazione bisognerebbe rimbiamcare e effettuare una approfondita pulizia di porte e vetri poichè non è simpatico consumare un pasto sotto ragnatele con tanto di ragni li appostati piuttosto scviluppate segno questo, che stanno lì da chissà quanto tempo!
