“Good, but improvements are needed”
Location is great, with major tourist attractions nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, there were dental and hygiene kits present, along with slippers and a sewing kit. Water bottles were also provided on every cleaning for each guest. Staff is polite and helpful. 1. Password for the hotel’s WiFi is the guest passport number. I do not count this as a safe approach in terms of information security. Why not generate a random password for a room/guest? I was using my own internet because of this. This is my main concern. 2. No usual coffee machine in the breakfast area – this is the first time for me noticing this in a hotel of this level. There were only 2 drip coffee makers, one with a damaged spout, that was not replaced during my stay. The tea was okay. 3. Juices (breakfast) were very artificial and did not taste good. 4. Damaged floor in the breakfast (cracked glass). The same was spotted on the –1 floor in the lounge area near the ruins, but it was fenced.
