Parking was easy and the staff were friendly, always ready to help. The air conditioning worked very well. However, there were mosquitoes in the room, a bad smell in the washroom, and the TV was tiny with poor sound.

The staff were good, but everything else was below average. The room was not cleaned, the toilet locks were broken, and the bed sheets were dirty.

The hotel had no breakfast service and there was no food available on the premises, but the location was quiet. The corridors and reception area were relatively clean. The staff were fine but felt very impersonal, and when we ordered tea from room service it arrived in a plastic cover and was poured into a disposable cup, which was not what we expected.
