We were greeted very warmly. Unfortunately, the layout with a separate bathroom wasn’t ideal for our family, though we missed that detail when booking. The furnishings were okay. The rooms were not properly cleaned; drawers still contained items from previous guests, and on the balcony there were cigarette butts and an old beer bottle left by earlier occupants. The family was very friendly and ultra helpful. If the place were cleaner, there would be little to criticize. The contact was always warm, and someone was reachable even afterward when we were looking for a forgotten item. The bed linen and towels were fresh and pleasant.

The location is quiet and good. The room is clean and tidy, and the bathroom is clean. The only drawback is that there is only one chair or armchair in the room, and no table. In the entire bathroom there is no hook to hang a towel or a garment.

The welcome was friendly, and the room was clean. The downside is that the shared bathroom is used by three other guests.
