I had a wonderful stay with truly exceptional hospitality! Arwana Inn is a small, pleasant hotel with a lovely family atmosphere, but what really makes this place special is the owner. He is one of the warmest and most genuinely helpful people I’ve met during my travels, going out of his way to help me with things I simply couldn’t understand as a foreign tourist, always with kindness and a smile. His incredible hospitality was actually the main reason I decided to extend my stay in Bandar Lampung. Any small imperfections are easily forgotten when you receive this level of personal care and kindness; I felt truly welcomed here. Thank you for everything — I would happily stay again! Time flies so fast.
