The sheet wasn’t clean, there are some hairs on the bedsheet which makes me wonder if it was changed to a new one or not. The sheet has stains too which is gross.

The bed and the pillow are comfortable, there is a social area where you can heat your food in the microwave. There is no staff on site, everything is done online.

We were upgraded to a room that ticked every box – the bathroom was great, the A/C worked well, and there was a desk, chair, fridge, kettle, plus shared facilities. The reception area was cozy, perfect for waiting before check‑in. The location was convenient, though the address was misleading: the hotel entrance isn’t on McKenzie Rd but about 25 m down Niven Rd, a detail that would have saved us five minutes.
