Everything was spotless, the staff were new and friendly, and overall it was excellent.

The hotel was clean and the food was delicious, but the outdoor bath water wasn’t circulating and insects and debris stayed in the tub and didn’t drain.

Breakfast matched the description with seafood, white rice, and unlimited grilled items; the miso soup packed with seafood was very enjoyable. The room was smaller than expected but still adequate for rest and sleep. The 5th‑floor large bath only provided towels for drying, skin‑care items, a hair dryer, and shampoo; disposable wash towels for bathing had to be brought from each room’s own supply (each room also has a shower room). It would be helpful if the pamphlet given at check‑in listed these bath supplies.
