The beachfront, sandy pool area, and kids club were great. However, the check‑in process left staff confused, communication with the wedding planner was average, a shower was blocked and flooded, and the restaurant booking didn’t match what we had requested.

The location was great, with many resorts, restaurants, and shops just a walk away, and the beach plus various pool options catered to every preference. The downside was that many activities were available but required extra payment.
