“Paradise along the river”
Friendly and accommodating staff, beautiful room, lovely room and facilities. Views were lovely. Relaxing location away from hustle and bustle. Lots of wildlife. Delicious home cooked meals that were some of the best food I had in Kerala. Jacuzzi was an added bonus!. All good

Breakfast was very tasty, services and staff top, the room would also be top if not for communication issues. The WC is outside, mosquitoes are an issue, it would be better to have only the shower outside, humidity in the room.
The lakeside setting was nice, but the basic amenities felt cheap for the price, the pool got dirty fast and the water in both the pool and the bathroom was salty, breakfast was very sparse and the same dishes were served on both days, rooms had no TV, and mosquitoes, snails, flies and other bugs were everywhere during the stay.

A true gem in the backwaters of Kerala. Superb accommodation, with heartfelt care and kindness from the host and his wonderful staff. Amazing dinner, be sure to ask David for a menu ahead of your stay to order. Cannot recommend highly enough. Brilliant property. Just book it. Nothing!
