We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Sillage Palace Sky& Spa. Everything was liked. The location is great: a 5‑minute walk from Kotoubia and 10 m from the square. The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable, with a good bed. All the details were in place for a pleasant stay. The climate control was good. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, served at the table with the option to dine in the garden or inside. The staff were very pleasant at reception and the food service team, and although we didn’t meet the housekeeping staff, we want to thank them for their professionalism, discretion, and good work. The hotel is also very pretty and very quiet… When we return to Marrakech we won’t hesitate to stay at Sillage Palace again. (We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the hammam and massage services, which were very good too!)

Everything is perfect: a spacious room, comfortable bed, cleanliness, great location, very tasty breakfast, and extremely courteous staff. The water pressure sometimes has issues in the bathroom.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was very complete and abundant. The dinner we had was excellent overall. The location is very good. The place was very clean and had a small but pleasant rooftop pool. The wifi signal was weak and had limited reach. One day there was a lack of coordination among employees. On another day we requested breakfast before the usual time and were told yes. When we went to breakfast the front desk guy didn’t know anything, it hadn’t been told to him. He fixed it by making croissants and orange juice.

The staff were lovely and very helpful, without exception. A huge compliment! We felt right at home. We found the rooms charming. We especially liked the garden and one of the two rooms we had there. The distance to the Medina is very small and you’re completely shielded from the bustle. We highly recommend the hotel. Thank you to the entire team.
