The location is excellent—central to restaurants, bars, and street access. The staff are beautiful, kind, and eager to help. Breakfast was plentiful, and I loved the fresh fruit. The pool was perfect! The only quirks were that the cold breakfast was a bit unusual, and I had to ask for toilet paper several times when I ran out. It would be great to see a drinks or food menu if one exists.

I want a refund—it was the most disgusting, pathetic property of my life. I couldn’t sleep and you’re charging $40, are you crazy? Everything was unclean, the AC wasn’t working, there were insects inside—pathetic.

The staff are lovely and attentive. The bed is very comfortable, the air‑con is cold, and the room is clean. Nothing else.

The hotel is comfortable with a good vibe. The staff are incredibly friendly, warm, and accommodating. The facilities are nice and the location is central in Negombo. Thank you for checking me in at 1 am!

NOT WHAT IT SEEMS. The rooms which were offered in is not what was offered, they didnt have much options and looking at the images and description related i booked the best they had. When i went to the location i had to go through a lot to explain my booking and had to prove them i had a booking (Please take into consideration the girl who assisted us was extremely polite and nice to us i will not say a word against her). When we arrived at the location they insisted they dont have rooms for the price i claimed and had to prove it over my booking, Later they gave me a small suffocated room which was so small and no ventilation just a room with 4 walls and a aircon to be alive. The room i booked on the was available and insisted i pay 10,000 lkr more. I was very disappointed and booked they pledge scape hotel for 26 or 28,000 and moved into the hotel. THIS IS A NEW PRACTICE WITH MOST ESTABLISHMENTS, THEY PROMISE AND MAKE YOU BOOK AND WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE DESITINATION THEY DENY AND GIVE DOWNGRADED ROOMS
