This hotel is excellent for families visiting Hong Kong; the beds were comfy and the staff were accommodating and helpful. We only stayed one night and our room wasn’t ready at the 3 pm check‑in time. The hotel was very apologetic and accommodating, but when you’ve only got one night to enjoy a hotel room any delay is a bit of a pain, and we were really keen to get into our room and relax.

The highlight of the stay was the breakfast buffet. The egg station, the Bircher muesli (could use more nuts and dried fruit options), the healthy shots, etc. were all exceptional. I would have preferred a better view, but it wasn’t provided even after I requested it.
