The kitchen and location are great, and the building is beautiful. The apartment is spacious, well‑crafted in detail, and well organized.

The location is wonderful, especially the pool. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, and the food is excellent. Nothing, everything is perfect!

“Immersi nel cuore verde della campagna umbra”

The property is well‑maintained and set in Umbrian countryside, with a nice pool; our room was spacious and fully equipped. The staff perform daily cleaning and tidying, but I should note that the water left in the fridge each day is not free. Breakfast leans more toward sweet than savory, yet it features local and fresh products. The staff are friendly and courteous. The location is great for visiting Assisi, Bevagna, Spello, Montefalco, Perugia, and other key sites related to St. Francis. The on‑site restaurant offers very good typical cuisine, though it is not cheap. We would have liked more information or advice about nearby excursions or activities, and general local info. Unfortunately, the property allows non‑guests to use the pool, so on some days like Sunday there is a lot of crowding, which detracts from relaxation. Also, the restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings. Finally, for bar and restaurant expenses we would have preferred a detailed itemized bill, but we were only given the total.
