The breakfast was excellent and the hotel takes great care of allergy sufferers, even at dinner. The evening menu stayed top‑class and varied. Staff were especially attentive and friendly. The room was spacious and generous. The location was quiet with a fantastic view. The only issues were a few details in the furnishings: the ceiling light in the living area of the mini‑apartment felt cold and too dim, and the shower door wouldn’t close and couldn’t be fixed.

The hotel is very nice and located in a wonderfully quiet spot, even though it’s close to Oberstdorf‑Mitte.

The hotel sits about 5 km outside Oberstdorf, in a very calm area that’s easy to reach by car or bus. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the dinner with five choices always tasted great, with portions that were well priced. The wellness area and dining room are very nice and modern. All the mountain lifts, bus, and a parking space in Oberstdorf are included in the guest card, which is great! The only downside was the lack of hangers; maybe two more hanging options in the bathroom would help.
